The smokette II produces smoked foods by the application of heat and wood smoke to meat, poultry, fish and seafood, vegetables, etc. Food cooks at a low temperature under static conditions. There are no drying drafts of air moving through the smoker. Product is tender, moist, and has little shrink. Heat is supplied by a thermostatically-controlled 500 watt heating element. Temperature range is from 100 degrees (F) to 250 degrees (F). Smoke is created as wood smolders in its electrically heated wood box. A 4 oz. Log smokes 15 lbs. of product. This unit is stainless inside and out!
